(More customer reviews)The inner fan is loud and runs non stop. I called the help line to see if this was the norm or if I had a bad unit and I was quickly told that's how they are supposed to be. Based on her quick response I said you must get this complaint a lot. She agreed and said government regulations force them to be made that way. This little cooler is louder than our two full fridges, our mini fridge, and our chest freezer combined.
